COMPRESSJ(DAT) Returns data, compressed along the J axis: Missing points moved to the end

Arguments:	DAT	DAT: variable to compress in J
Result Axes:	X	Inherited from DAT
	Y	ABSTRACT, same length as DAT y-axis
	Z	Inherited from DAT
	T	Inherited from DAT
