Starting the GUI.

Question:

How do I start the GUI interface?

Solution:

The graphical user interface (GUI) is included in Ferret versions 4.40 and higher. It is NOT available with Ferret v6.6 and higher. To run Ferret with the GUI interface simply type

   ferret -gui
