how to compute the vertical weighted average

Dear Ferret Users,

As in ferret document I could not find that how to compute the vertical 
weighted average.

As   " @ave " command computes the average weighted by grid box 
size(i.e. X Y ave).

My question is, how to compute the vertical weighted average using 
" @ave " command (i.e. Y Z ave, here Y is latitude and Z is pressure in 
mb).

My data is like this.

     currently SET data sets:
    1> ./mix.nc  (default)
name     title                         I         J         K         L
 M001     mixing ratio: tracer  1     1:72      1:48      1:19    1:1581
 M002     mixing ratio: tracer  2     1:72      1:48      1:19    1:1581
 M003     mixing ratio: tracer  3     1:72      1:48      1:19    1:1581
