There are two ways to get help when installing or configuring LAS:

1. Post to the las_users' list

This is where those who install and configure LAS ask and answer questions and trade tips. We monitor the list carefully and try to answer all the questions we can. Questions and answers are saved in a searchable database availabe for your perusal in our Mail Archives.

2. Contact the developers

If you are unable to get your question answered on the users list you can contact us directly. This address is typically reserved for those that have a collaborative relationship with us or for taking difficult questions from the users' list off-line until they get solved.
